With the "German Brand Award", the German Design Council has launched a new competition which rewards pioneering brands, brand concepts and their creators. On 16 June 2016, the finalists of the first German Brand Awards 2016 were presented within the framework of a festive gala in Berlin.

The plans for the construction of a second high-bay warehouse on the company premises, which have been enlarged through the acquisition of a vacant property from 20,000 to 30,000 square metres, are completed. Through the new warehouse complex, the entire storage area of previously 7,000 sqm will be more than doubled to 15,000 sqm.
