Preliminary report interzum Cologne 2019
Creative power for convenience in the kitchen
At the interzum, the showplace for international new products, Naber inspires visitors with design trends for more pleasure and convenience in the everyday world of the kitchen. At stand E 58 in hall 7.1 of Cologne’s trade fair, the accessory specialist is set to showcase creative lighting, sink and waste collector design along with convincing new developments in kitchen ventilation technology.
Through constant innovations, Naber has achieved market leadership in this segment and has very recently expanded the application range of the first closed recirculating air filter system for downdraft hoods. COMPAIR® GREENflow is no longer only usable for hob extractors, for which the filter boxes are installed in the base area of the furniture body, but also for wall-mounted extractor hoods. For this, the boxes equipped with large-area activated carbon filters are installed in a suspended ceiling. The first-class filter technology guarantees high extraction power with reduced noise.
The primary goal of the product developments for exhaust air and recirculating air solutions is a healthy indoor climate when cooking - maximum safety included. For kitchens with particularly stringent fire protection requirements, Naber recommends the non-flammable metal air duct system COMPAIR STEEL flow®. Due to their high load-bearing capacity, the flow-optimised air ducts can also be installed in the floor or ceiling.
From the area of wall conduct technology for energy-efficient exhaust air guidance, the full-range accessory provider presents the THERMOBOX with ShutterTec retention system and the newly developed COMPAIR flow Turbo® wall conduct. When combined with extraction by downdraft fan, this can be installed just above the ground, enabling short duct routing.
Long-lasting and good-looking: the sink
The sink should offer development opportunities which ideally also constitute the perfect eye-catcher in the kitchen. The easy-care stainless steel and composite models from the NABER-CONTURA® range are extremely hard-wearing due to their non-porous surfaces.
The timeless look of the new stainless steel built-in sinks blends elegantly with every furnishing style – sometimes stylistically reduced, sometimes with the classically large bowl form or even colour-enhanced. Drip trays, cutting boards and various inserts create additional working levels.
The range of sinks made of the composite material Cin-Nagranit with a high proportion of quartz stone impresses through its large selection of subtle granite colours. These extremely durable sinks feel softer but are absolutely scratch-resistant. As an option, Naber offers them with matching faucets.
Individual lighting scenarios
Since the kitchen has opened to the living room, the interest in creative lighting concepts has increased. To combine brilliant pendant lamps with discrete niche or base lights and create harmonious light colours, Naber has developed the LUMICA® LIC LED system. The platform for smart lighting connects the LED lights compatible with the LIC system with the converter, functional module and control unit, and enables the lights to be controlled centrally or remotely.
When it comes to the effortless and ecologically oriented separation of waste and recyclable materials, the SELECTAkit® waste collector range is trendsetting. The variety of Cox® Base containers and their combination options, the solid pull-out technology, the electrically operated ejector Cox Cick-E® and the flexible and easy to handle utensils box Cox Work® turn the necessity of kitchen waste management into a pleasure.
