The exhaust air wall conduct COMPAIR® BIXO, which is certified as a passive house component, is the revolutionary answer to current structural requirements. The new, hard-wearing TwisterTec closure system makes highly efficient and convenient exhaust air and supply air solutions possible in current efficiency and passive houses with controlled ventilation of the living-space.
The filter box COMPAIR® GREENflow puts an end to moisture-laden cooking vapours in the base area caused by downdraft extractors and avoids dirt, mould and damage to the cabinet body. The OMEGA activated carbon filters provide considerably more power and the quiet and barely perceptible outflow via the shapely slatted grid makes for additional wellbeing. The filter change indicator Control monitors the filter quality of up to four GREENflow boxes individually based on cooking habits.
With the wall conduct COMPAIR® Turbo or the freely positionable COMPAIR® Tower, it is now possible to safely and conveniently lay exhaust air ducting on or in the floor structure or under the ceiling.
Naber has produced a new study together with scientific institutes. It evaluates exhaust air and recirculating air extractor hoods according to technical, energy-related and economic aspects. The results help to plan kitchen ventilation systems, also in energy-efficient houses, in such a way that a sufficiently large air flow volume is captured by the extractor hood during cooking, that odours are reduced as much as possible and moisture damage avoided. The results are published in the "Guide to extractor systems for kitchens". We make the document available to anyone interested, be it kitchen planners, architects, tradesmen or private individuals, as a free download.

The demands on functionality and efficiency when it comes to application-specific downdraft recirculating air and filtering have grown. The focus is on the module solutions which dock into the ventilator, which equalise the vapour flow in a controlled manner, clean it using effective filter box technology in the base area and allow the filtered air to flow out via aerodynamically shaped outlet grilles so that it is barely perceptible. With COMPAIR® GREENflow we have also taken on a pioneering role in recirculating air technology.

COMPAIR® STEEL flow is the integral kitchen ventilation system made of metal from Naber. Whether a recirculation or extraction solution is planned, COMPAIR® STEEL flow gives you all the necessary connections, adapters and intermediate sections down to various wall conducts, such as the E-Jal Col® including the innovative THERMOBOX – suitable for low-energy buildings. This is guaranteed by the blower door certificate. You can thereby ensure innovative air duct technology for all new build and modernisation plans.
How to find the right Cox® spare part
With the aid of the clear table, the required replacement container, lid and accessory can quickly be found without the Cox® product name and product number.
The wall conduct “Thermobox” demonstrates clearly higher tightness in comparison to other wall conducts tested. Both in the positive pressure measurement up to +60 Pa and in the negative pressure measurement at - 60 Pa, the wall conduct “Thermobox” was the only wall conduct tested to remain closed and airtight.
The airtightness achieved in the blower door test reduces the heat loss almost to zero when the extractor hood is switched off.The energetic quality is drastically improved, because the flap has the same high tightness in both directions (negative pressure and positive-pressure measurement).
