Flood disaster: Naber GmbH donates
Only the people affected by the flood disaster themselves can appreciate how much has been taken from them - and how much it means to know that they will not be left alone in their time of need! Naber therefore acted promptly after the floods and destruction in July 2021 and transferred a five-figure sum to AKTION DEUTSCHLAND HILFT.
The donation went to the relief organisations involved, which are working tirelessly on location to repair the damage and to relieve the distress that has occurred. Naber's management stated that it was a priority to help immediately to alleviate the suffering of all concerned. A donation is the best way for Naber to contribute.
We were dismayed to hear that damage had also occurred within the sector, with sales rooms and logistics centres as well as their furnishings and equipment affected. However, Naber is not planning a discount on certain products for the benefit of those damaged by the floods. Aid should not be linked to the sale of our own products. Therefore, the decision was made in favour of the donation, which benefits everyone.
