COMPAIR PRIME flow® takes the topic of kitchen ventilation to a new dimension. The universal connector
Whether round or flat, the new universal connector is the centrepiece of COMPAIR PRIME flow®. It makes the installation of the air ducts easier than ever – just push them on, wait for the click of the latching elements and you’re done. The permanently elastic sealing lips in the universal connector make the connection perfect. The flexible compensator allows the routing to be steplessly adjusted by 15 degrees in any direction. In this way, the universal connector masters many challenges during installation.

The universal connector from COMPAIR PRIME flow® achieves the seemingly impossible: it makes rigid air ducts flexible, while providing the best possible aerodynamic properties. For optimum energy efficiency and high convenience in installation. The ultimate installation feature is the built-in flexibility of each universal connector. The flexible compensator enables changes of up to 15 degrees in any direction. This means slight shifts can be realised effortlessly.

Aerodynamically optimised pipe bends
Using 3D simulations of the air flows, we have optimised the pipe bends and deflectors of COMPAIR PRIME flow® to a previously unattainable level of efficiency. The bionic expansion of the cross-section and three-dimensional guide vanes with turbulators allow the extracted air to flow with the lowest possible resistance. The result is maximum air performance from the extractor, quiet operation and low electricity costs.
Innovative flat and
round ducts
The flat and round ducts of COMPAIR PRIME flow® have the familiar dimensions, but some decisive innovations: their snap-in elements lock securely into the receptacles of the universal connectors. This makes it extremely quick and easy to pre-assemble complete assemblies. Both versions have an internal guide groove that can be used as an optional cable duct. Alternatively, the flat ducts can be fitted with a support that enables pressure-resistant installation in the flooring and also serves as a cable duct.

wall conduct system
Each COMPAIR PRIME flow® wall conduct set is supplied separately with the P-RBS shell construction kit, which makes pre-assembly in the building shell particularly easy. A wall connection sleeve with a triple seal provides a perfect seal between the pipe of the wall conduct and the interior wall – without screws and without silicone. On both the outside and inside, shell construction plugs with alignment aids and plaster edges protect the installation from dirt and dust during the construction phase.
To install the extractor fan, the plugs are removed with a handle. The kitchen fitter slides the THERMOBOX heat retention system and the elegant designer louvre made of weatherproof stainless steel in from the outside without using tools or sealant. Inside, the duct system finds a secure, tight connection with just one click. Each of the four available wall conduct sets contains all the necessary components for perfect installation.
